Wage Rate Schedules prepared by Craven and Associates include full time, part time and casual rates of pay for adults and juniors.  Also included are details of shift allowances and allowances.

For clients on an annual retainer to Craven and Associates, the Wage Rate Schedules are forwarded in June each year following the annual Safety Net review of all Award rates of pay by the Fair Work Commission.

Classification of Employees

• Do you know the relevant skill level or Award classification for each employee?  Failure to do so may result in an underpayment of an employee?

Where an employee is covered by an Award, Craven and Associates is able to advise employers in respect to the employee’s correct skill level or classification having regard to the applicable Award coverage of the employer and the employee’s skills utilised.
