Advice in respect of all employment matters including Workcover and superannuation
Human Resources Audit,
- Comparison of Award rates of pay and allowances with actual rates and allowances paid by the employer;
- Review of relevant Award provisions;
- Review of Employer/Employee Policies and Procedures
Preparation of Contracts of Employment
- Full time;
Part time ;- Casual; and
- Maximum term
Preparation of Employment documentation and forms;
Preparation and development of Enterprise Agreements;
Employment Policies & Procedures;
- Preparation of individual policies;
- Preparation of Policy and induction “Handbooks”
Counselling & Disciplinary Procedures;
Advice in respect of employee warnings;- Preparation of “Warnings” notices
Unfair Dismissal/Unlawful Termination advice and representation;
- Telephone and on-site advice provided re termination of employees;
- Preparation and filing of Employer documentation with the
fair Work Commission; - Representation of Employer in Fair Work Commission hearings
Fair Work Ombudsman Investigations
- Review and recommendations in respect of current practices;
- Calculation of potential underpayments;
- Representation on behalf of
employer to the Fair Work Ombudsman
Shift Rostering and Management
Preparation of shift rosters including 5, 6, and
Seminars/Workshops
Extensive experience in the preparation and presentation of seminars, workshops and employer briefings in respect of all aspects of employment, re: Fair Work Act Legislation, Termination of Employment, Workers Compensation, and Occupational Health and Safety.
