Craven & Associates Consulting Services Pty Ltd commenced in 2005 and provides 36 years of Human Resource and Workplace Relations experience and knowledge to their clients seeking a reliable personal service.

About Neil Craven 

Neil Craven, the Principal Consultant, has a Bachelor of Commerce, (University of Melbourne) and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations, (Victoria University).

Neil’s experience canvasses various roles including Senior Industrial Advocate with the Australian Industry Group, (formerly known as the Australian Chamber of Manufactures and the Victorian Chamber of Manufactures) from 1982 to 1999.  During this period, Neil provided advice to individual companies and industries, (e.g. textile), as well as representing them in the Industrial Relations Commission, (now known as the Fair Work Commission).

From 2001 to 2005, Neil was the Industrial Relations/Human Resource Manager of the Furnishing Industry Association of Australia.

He has extensive experience with individual small, medium and large employers and industry associations providing comprehensive service to their members.  Neil has provided invaluable personal advice which has enabled his clients to manage their Human Resources and Workplace Relations.

He can tailor his advice and the processes to meet the requirements and desired outcomes of management.

Craven & Associates Consulting Services is aware of the issues confronting management and employees in the workplace on a day-to-day basis.  Seminars and practical advice are provided to assist in the education of Human Resources and Workplace Relations.  Their personalised advice is directed to ensure and promote harmony between management and employees in the workplace.

Craven & Associates has an extensive network of professional organisations that can assist in the workplace relations and employment management service arena.  This includes associates in employment law, workers compensation, occupational health and safety, superannuation, business training, human resource planning, succession planning, workplace change, and business development.
